Crown Leasehold Management Ltd
is a newly formed company specialising in leasehold management. We have ten years experience within the Bristol property industry and 25 years industry experience in total.
Crown Leasehold Management is an independently run part of the Castle Mile Group and a full corporate member of ARMA. We are based in Westbury On Trym, Bristol.

We have previous experience of working for both small and very large management companies. Therefore we understand the complex requirements of all sizes of development. It is our belief that centralising the management of blocks by our larger competitors is now widespread with remote management being more and more common. Our desire is to reverse this trend and place the emphasis very much back on locally run developments. We look for clients who share this outlook and want their site managed by an agent who visits and communicates regularly.


We only use vetted local contractors who comply with all the qualifications, legislation and insurances required to undertake your work.
We insist on a local office that lessees can visit at their convenience.
